Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are final once payment is processed.

  • Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or participant with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the class will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

Class Policies

  • Please arrive on time. Classes begin promptly, and late arrivals may miss key steps without a refund or reschedule option.

  • All participants must be at least 12 years old unless stated otherwise in the class description.

  • Kraft Studio is not responsible for any injuries or accidents. Please follow all safety guidelines provided during class.

Liability Waiver

  • By booking a class, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in a hands-on workshop involving materials such as hot wax, fragrance oils, and other craft supplies. Kraft Studio is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damage to personal belongings. If you have sensitivities, please notify us in advance.

Email Communication & Marketing

  • By booking a class, you agree to receive essential emails regarding your appointment (confirmations, reminders, updates).

  • You also agree to receive occasional promotional emails about upcoming classes, special offers, and DIY inspiration. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

  • If you opt into our newsletter at checkout, you'll receive additional exclusive content, discounts, and early access to new workshops.

Rescheduling & Studio Credits

  • If you need to reschedule and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, we’ll issue a studio credit to be used for a future class.

  • In rare cases of studio-initiated cancellations (e.g., instructor emergencies, weather-related closures), you will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Personal Data & Privacy

  • Your contact information is collected solely for booking, communication, and marketing purposes as outlined above. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
